- While the engine is UN*X based, and the only non-UN*X
- client is for Windowz, this would be an incredible
- addition/enhancement to the Amiga platform. It is a type-
- less Object-Oriented SQL-compliant system which can execute
- code from its own tables. It was designed to interact in
- real-time with the net/web. It can do on-the-fly image format
- translations, and just about anything else. I have seen a
- database of images searched for "pictures of people with
- moustaches", without using "keywords" - wild!

- Everyone should call/write/email Informix and push for an
- Amiga port - they just bought Illustra for 10 times its market
- value, and it's an absolute perfect match for a fully net/web-
- aware Amiga.
